Our Process

Once we have agreed on the requirements of your project, we can put our expertise into good use by providing you with the perfect solution. Our dedicated team of experienced designers will work closely with establishing your vision, step by step, from early concept design and through to planning.

1. Pre-Planning: Preparation and brief

Dimensional survey of the property sufficient to draw up on CAD and submit for a planning application.

2. Developing Proposed Design and refurbishment

Once we have the existing building drawn, we can then use that as the basis to develop the proposed design.

3. Building Regulations Approval

Following planning approval the final stage would be to obtain building regulations approval.

When both parties are satisfied with the design we can start the process of submitting the scheme for planning approval, we will talk through all the various options with you, whether it be permitted development or a full planning application and the subsequent building regulations approval.
